  • How to approach each type of case from start to finish in order to maximize our chances at a successful outcome
  • Successful strategies for dealing with adversity or any surprises that might arise during your legal representation

Work Directly with a Seasoned Attorney

At the Law Offices of David D. Welch, we are committed to providing you with sound, common sense advice. Mr. Welch's years of experience as a trial attorney have given him a unique insight into the potential problems that can arise from poorly drawn legal documents. In today's litigious environment, we know how important it is to anticipate potential problems before they arise and to prepare legal documents necessary for our clients' real estate or business transactions with the requisite skill and foresight to avoid adverse legal consequences in the future.

We also recognize that the cost of legal services today is an important consideration for individuals and businesses alike.  Some of the factors that allow us to deliver legal services at a fraction of the cost of many large law firm competitors are:

  • Efficiency of Experience. Our clients benefit from the 36+ years of experience of our founder, the 30+ years of experience of his certified paralegal, Linda Brooks, and the highly skilled office staff they supervise. Unlike the clients of many of our big firm competitors, at David D. Welch Law Offices, you will never be billed for "on the job training" of inexperienced legal personnel.
  • Law Office Technology. At David D. Welch Law Offices, we employ the latest, state of the art technology, to maximize the efficiency of the delivery of legal services to our clients. Whether you are closing a real estate transaction, putting together a complicated business deal, or litigating a complex lawsuit, our firm's utilization of the latest law office technology enables our legal team deliver quality service at an affordable price.
  • Low Overhead. There are no big law firm redundancies at David D. Welch Law Offices. Your matter will not be handed off to an inexperienced practitioner whose focus is on maximinzing billable hours rather than delivering a focus on the client. Our legal team is staffed and trained to deliver legal services efficiently, with results delivered on time and on budget. We stand ready to serve your legal needs with professional, goal oriented legal advice and advocacy.
  • Flexible Fee Arrangements. Through years of experience, we have learned how to maximize value to our clients by offering flexible fee arrangements. We handle legal matters on a contingency fee basis, fixed fee, for an hourly rate, or a combination thereof. Certain types of litigation, such as personal injury or wrongful death claims, may be accepted under a contingency fee agreement, meaning that an attorney's fee is payable only if there is a recovery of monetary damages, as a percentage of the recovery. Under this type of agreement, if there is no recovery, there is no fee (clients are responsible for costs). Other types of matters are handled for a fixed fee, or under an hourly fee agreement. Select cases are handled under an agreement for a reduced hourly fee, with a "success bonus" . The type of fee arrangement most appropriate for your legal matter will be fully discussed during your initial consultation.

Free Initial Consultation.

We invite you to contact our office to arrange a free initial consultation to allow us to evaluate your legal matter. During the initial consultation, we will analyze your legal situation in order to identify the goals to be achieved, consider appropriate strategies to resolve issues, and discuss fully the financial aspects of your representation. To begin, you may contact us online, or call us at our office at 954-943-2020 to schedule an appointment at our conveniently located Lighthouse Point office.
